I have created 60+ gourmet artisan truffles, caramels, and chocolate bonbons. I have done my best to break them down to make it easier to find what you are looking for. I am very excited to share them with you all so you can enjoy them as well! I am always creating new treats so please be patient as I update and contact me with questions. *Please note, all of my truffles and caramels have milk and soy in them. In additionally some also have eggs, tree nuts and peanuts. They are all made in the same facility with the SAME equipment so if you have a nut allergy please be advised of this. Delicious gingerbread truffles! Full of flavorful spices, Ginger cookie crumbles and fresh ginger all in an adorable little gingerbread man shape! Available in Milk, White, Caramelized white or dark chocolate while supplies last. *This truffles contains Gluten.

Gingerbread Truffles

A delightful mix of fresh Ginger, Ginger Cookie Crumbles, a mix of holiday spices and delectable Belgium Milk Chocolate. This is for sure one of my very favorites! Pumpkin

Pumpkin Pie is enjoyed year round, yet I am pretty sure the amount of Pie consumed annually hits an all time high during the holidays! Nothing says Thanksgiving like a Pumpkin pie! This is a Milk Chocolate ganache enrobed in Dark, White or Milk chocolate. weight 10 g (4g each) *warning this product contains milk and soy.

Peppermint

A smooth melt away that is a perfect combination of a classic flavor and a Christmas tradition. Combining a Milk and Dark Chocolate filling en-robed with White and Milk chocolate, also available enrobbed in solid milk, white or dark chocolate. Although I individually wrap each peppermint, I highly recommend purchasing peppermints in their own separate box(i.e. 5-6 piece holiday box), as the flavor will transfer into the other truffles in your box if left in there for a long time. Eggnog

I know of no other treat to put you in the holiday spirit quite like the oddly delicious concoction of this traditional holiday drink! This is the one for all those eggnog lover's out there! :) This is a white Chocolate and eggnog ganache enrobed in Milk, Dark or White Chocolate, weight 7g *** NEW Peppermint Eggnog is now available as well *Allergy Warning this truffle has milk, soy and eggs in it!

Creme Brulee

Just like the gourmet dessert this gourmet truffle is truly a small piece of heaven! :) The filling in this one tastes exactly like Creme Brulee! It is made with real Vanilla Bean and is the first Creme Brulee truffle I have ever had that actually tastes like it! :) enrobed in your choice of Dark, Milk or carmelized White chocolate. A pleasant surprise indeed! Allergy Note: In addition to the usual Milk and soy this truffle also contains egg.

Milk Creme Brulee

Cinnamon Hazelnut

A unique and spice filled twist on the classic hazelnut Praline. I like this one alot! Milk chocolate and Hazelnut Puree ganache enrobed in either dark or milk chocolate. Allergy warning- Obviously this one contains hazelnuts in addition to the usual Milk and soy.

Hazelnut Praline-

A classic hazelnut Praline, Milk chocolate and Hazelnut Puree ganache with crunch Praline, enrobed in either dark or milk chocolate. Allergy warning- Obviously this one contains hazelnuts in addition to the usual Milk and soy.

Cranbery Nut

Delicious Cranberry Reduction and dried cranberries combined with fresh pecans in a smooth creamy white chocolate. en-robbed in Dark chocolate for an interesting contrast. *Obviously this truffle contains nuts.

Cranbery Orange Pecan

Combining fruit and nuts to create Holiday treats is nothing new, however this zesty, zingy treat is sure to be a new holiday favorite! It is such an incredible combination! This is a milk chocolate based Ganache enrobed with Milk chocolate as well. weight 9 g **Allergy Warning- This product contains Pecans in addition to the usual Milk and Soy!

Milk Chocolate Orange

Every time I enjoy one of these perfectly balanced treats I think of Christmas and the Christmas Orange story. Chocolate Orange has also been a personal Holiday favorite and I am sure you will love these as well! Dark Chocolate Orange-

Mayan Gold

I love this one! Definitely unique and a personal favorite. This one carries just the right amount of a spicy chili punch at the end! Try it out and let me know what you think! I want to know if you love it as much as I do! It is a combination or milk and dark chocolate ganache enrobbed in your choice of either milk or dark chocolate.

Cookies and Cream

This is a perfect balance of crunchy chocolate cookie combined with sweet white chocolate. *Also available with a holiday peppermint twist. Peppermint cookies and cream has a red stripe in place of the black one. *This chocolate contains Gluten. Regular (non-peppermint) cookies and cream is also available. Contains gluten in addition to milk and soy.

Raspberry Vanilla Bean-

This is a fan favorite local raspberries made into a delicious homemade Jam the paired with a Madagascar and Mexican Vanilla Bean White Chocolate ganache enrobed in either Milk or Dark chocolate. What's not to love!? weight 12g *allergy warning contains milk and soy.

Madagascar/Mexican Vanilla Bean Milk

I always like to add some pure Mexican Vanilla to pretty much everything I bake, and this truffle is no different, Additionally I use a fresh whole Madagascar Vanilla Bean in each small batch, which means it has a clear distinct and delicious Vanilla flavor for you to savor! Raspberry Nutella-

I love Nutella and fresh raspberries on my waffles, so I thought this would make a fantastic truffle combination and it turns out I was right! For all Nutella lovers out there, this ones for you! Browned Butter Cookie Dough-

If you are a cookie dough lover like myself this one is for you! Rich Browned Butter and Real Vanilla Bean separate this one from you average cookie dough experience! ;) This one hand dipped and is available in White, Carmelized white, Milk and dark chocolate options while supplies last! Key Lime Pie

As you bite into this truffle, I promise you will feel as if you as in the Florida Keys enjoying the real thing! The fresh lime juice and zest in this truffle pack just the right amount of punch! This is a smooth white chocolate lime filling en-robed in either milk or dark chocolate. (I prefer Dark personally) weight 7g *warning this product contains milk and soy.

Chai

This flavorful treat is another personal favorite full of exotic spices just as you would expect a cup of Chai to be! It has a bit of dark chocolate in place of the black tea, otherwise it is Milk chocolate chocolate ganache enrobed with dark or Milk chocolate. weight 7g *allergy warning contains milk and soy.

Blueberries and Cream

I combined a white chocolate Vanilla Bean Ganache with fresh blueberries to make this one which has been a fan favorite! It is enrobed in either Dark or Milk Chocolate. (I prefer Milk on this one) weight 10g

Raspberries and Cream

Fresh market Raspberries combined with a smooth and creamy delicious white chocolate cream ganache. Perfectly balanced when paired with Dark or Milk Chocolate. weight 7g Contains Milk and Soy.

Peaches and Cream

The truffle that inspired it all! For years I have been searching for a delicious peach truffle, to no avail. So I decided I would make my own. This proved to be harder than I had anticipated, and thus was the birth of my gourmet artisan business. Peach is a very delicate flavor and doesn't really show up when mixed with chocolate. It took me awhile to get it right. This truffle does have the taste and consistency of peaches and cream! weight- 8g

Mango Lime

"Put the Lime in the mango and shake it all around..." oh, is that not how it goes? All over the work limes are used to enhance the flavor in this fresh tropical snack. I still remember how shocked I was when they pour lime juice, chile, and salt all over my fresh mangos in Central America. I have since enjoyed the lime/mango combo all over the work and thought it would be a delicious truffle flavor as well. Mango is a very light flavor so the lime helps it pop in this white chocolate treat! Weight 10g *Allergy Warning Contains Milk and Soy.

Pina Colada

This bright sunny Pineapple, and coconut white chocolate truffle will take you right to relaxing on that tropical beach paradise! weight 14g *Allergy Warning Contains Coconut in addition to the usual Milk and Soy.

Caribbean Calypso

Combining all the best tropical flavors Pineapple, coconut, mango, and orange this treat is as tasty as it looks! Pull up a beach chair, it's time to thaw out with this signature white chocolate tropical treat! weight 9g *Allergy Warning Contains coconut in addition to the usual Milk and Soy.

Black Licorice

Made with Star real Star Anise this smooth silky truffle has the flavor of black licorice.

Milk Banana-Coconut

A delightful and unique combination of Coconut, Banana, and caramelize white chocolate. This recipe was developed by "accident", it is no accident though, it quickly became a signature favorite! Lemon Drop

I use Fresh Lemons to create this lemony treat! It was inspired by my mom who loves lemon desserts and I thought you might enjoy it as well. It tastes just like a lemon bar, so if that's your thing, this ones for you! (and my mom of course! ;)) It is available enrobbed in Dark or White chocolate.

Berry Gem Truffles

A delicious and beautiful combination of fresh fruit Jam Layered with berry flavored ganache sure to put a sparkle in that special someones eye!

Nutty Caramel Presents

Soft, and chewy nutty caramels! All caramels are shaped like presents, each color represents a different flavored caramel. Most caramels are available in either milk or dark chocolate and the peanut caramel is also available in white chocolate (this is one of my personal favorite combinations :)). Peanut Butter Snowcap

This is one of my favorite signature creations. It is the same 4 delicious layers of caramel, peanut, Peanut Butter, and Marshmallow as my signature snowman, enrobed in Belgium milk chocolate, and drizzled with white chocolate to finish it off. This one is such a treat! A personal and crowd favorite for sure. weight 30g! I love to flavor my hot chocolate with Irish Cream and I am a fan of this traditional truffle flavor. So I thought it would be a winner and it is!
